A heat map is a graphical model of data where the individual values are represented as colors. It shows where your visitors concentrate attention. Red color means more concentration, green – less.

What is Project?

HeatMapCo allows to gather several analysis under Project. It helps to organize data easily.

You can create your own Projects.

Go to your Dashboard.

In the left menu find Projects and press the Add new button.

After that name your new project and press Create new project button.

How can I add a new project?

Enter your dashboard. Here you need to type in the name of the project, after that click the “Create New Project” button.

What is A/B testing?

A/B testing (sometimes called split testing) compares two versions of a web page or an image to see which one performs better. You show the two variants (let’s call them A and B) to similar visitors at the same time. The one that gives a better conversion rate, wins!

How can I add a new A/B test?

You can create new A/B tests or add current analysis to the A/B test.

To create a new A/B test go to your Dashboard, find A/B tests and press the Add button. After that it a name.

If you want to add your current analysis to A/B test just the Add to A/B test button.

What is Analysis Usage?

In the top-right corner you can see the amount of analysis your plan includes and the number of tests you have used.

Each plan has its amount of analysis. You can extend this number at the level’s page.

How can I add a new analysis?

Type in the URL of the website you want to test and press the “Create Analysis” button.

How can I see the analysis?

The dashboard includes your data. There are all your Projects in the left hand menu. Each of them includes Analysis, so can easily organize and separate different tests.
